We provide ADHD coaching, parent coaching, group coaching, workshops, and related services as described on our website. Our services are offered to adults aged 18 and above.

Coaching is not therapy. It is not a substitute for medical advice, psychiatric treatment, or psychological counselling. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek appropriate professional help.

We reserve the right to decline to provide services to any individual at our sole discretion.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Sessions are booked through our website booking form or directly via email. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from us.

2.2 Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via Razorpay. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and applicable taxes will be stated at the time of booking.

2.3 Refunds and Cancellations Cancellations made more than [INSERT NUMBER] hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made within [INSERT NUMBER] hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will be charged in full.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, session materials, and resources — is the intellectual property of Exceptional Minds Coaching & Consulting and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared in coaching sessions. In return, we ask that clients do not record sessions without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session or programme giving rise to the claim.

Coaching is not a regulated profession in India. Results from coaching vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. Nothing on this website constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
