CLARITY

There may not be a single switch, but there are clear steps forward.

Clarity means identifying where things are actually breaking down whether starting, planning, prioritising, regulating emotions, managing time, making decisions, or following through.

The problem has a name.
And it is not you.

You’re closer than you think.
And every step you take makes it clearer.

Capable. Stuck. Finally understood.

Capable. Stuck. Finally understood.

I am Sonal Singh, India’s first trained and certified ADHD Coach.

I was diagnosed with ADHD in my forties, after years of knowing I was capable but not always able to show up consistently in the ways I expected of myself.

I could think clearly. I could understand complexity. I could move quickly when something mattered. But translating insight into steady execution required something more than motivation.

Over time I realised that meaningful change does not come from trying harder. It comes from changing how work, attention, emotion, energy, and support are set up.

This is not about becoming someone else. It is about creating ways of working and living that your brain and body can actually use.

You are not the problem.

You're NOT the problem

You're NOT the

problem.

When the right supports are missing, starting, finishing, organising, regulating, and following through can feel much harder than they should.

You are not alone. You are not broken. You are not too late.

You’ve been working hard your whole life. Pushing through. Figuring it out. Showing up anyway. Now imagine doing all of that with support that understands how your brain works. Imagine that thriving becomes a possibility.

Women with ADHD spend decades being told they are too much and not enough at the same time. This is for them.

Both matter. But they do different things. Here is how to know which one you actually need right now.

It sounds backwards. But for an ADHD brain, slowing down before you start is often what makes everything after it actually move.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching and therapy are different. Therapy looks at your past to understand patterns. Coaching stays in the present - focused on how things are functioning right now and what to build to change that.
